The arms were a bolt-on direct interchange for the Global highback chair. Global does not support the parts.
The person on the phone was very helpful in finding the right replacement arms for my chair. They fit perfectly at a reasonable price. I was a little disappointed that the arm rests weren't padded, but it's not that big of a deal after you get used to them. I'm satisfied with them.
