      Perfect fit and reasonable price. Did not come with installation instructions, but I found them on the Steelcase website. You have to pry up a tab (I used a mini/eyeglass screwdriver) in order to slide off the adjustment lever before you can access the screw. Overall, totally satisfied.

      chair arm pad is like new!

      Chair arm pad is great. Only issue is getting off old pad. Old pad does not come off easy.. I had to drill hole in plastic lever in order to get screw driveer in place to remove old pad.

      Fit perfectly and looks just like all the other arm pads. Great product.
